Privacy Policy
It is the policy of First Peoples Bank, herein after “the bank”, to collect nonpublic information about consumers from the following sources:

Information from applications or other loan and account forms;

Information about transactions with us or others; and

Information received from third parties such as credit bureaus.
Access to this nonpublic personal information about consumers is restricted to only those employees who need to know that information in order to provide products or services to customers. The bank maintains physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards, in compliance with federal regulations, to guard such nonpublic personal information.
The bank may disclose the following information to companies that perform marketing services for the bank or to other financial institutions with which the bank may have a joint marketing arrangement:
- Information received from applications or other forms, such as the consumers name, address, social security number, assets and income;

Information about transactions with the bank or others, such as a consumer’s account balance, payment history, parties to transactions and credit card usage; and

Information the bank receives from credit bureaus, such as a consumer’s credit worthiness and payment history
The bank also is permitted under law to disclose nonpublic personal information about a consumer to “nonaffiliated third parties” in certain other circumstances. For example, the bank may disclose nonpublic information about a consumer to third parties to assist the bank in servicing a consumer’s loan or account with us, to government entities in response to subpoenas, and to credit bureaus.
The bank will continue to adhere to the privacy practices described in this policy for closed or inactive accounts.
